§ 110-3-10. Other penalties and remedies.

In addition to the remedies provided for in this Article, any person, firm or corporation violating this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalties provided in Section 1-1-12. The remedies provided in this Chapter are cumulative and not exclusive and shall not be deemed to preclude the remedies available in Section 1-1-12(c) or otherwise available under the law.
