§ 10-4-7. Alternative provisions.

Notwithstanding any provisions of this Article to the contrary, a merchant shall be excused from compliance herewith if he elects, in the alternative, to post or display fuel prices in compliance with Sections 10-4.1-1 through 10-4.1-6 of Article 4.1 of this Chapter.
