§ 109.1-6-2. Parking on Public Rights-of-Way Prohibited.

(a)

It is unlawful to park a vehicle which is being used to transport MSW in or through Fairfax County on a public right-of-way. Violation of this section shall constitute a nuisance per se.

(b)

This section shall be enforced by Fairfax County law enforcement officers. Those officers are hereby authorized to immediately remove, or cause to be removed, any vehicle parked in violation of this section. The owner or operator of any such vehicle shall be required to pay, in addition to any fine, the charges for such removal and storage. (13-15-109.1.)
