§ 108.1-7-1. Proffered and Development Condition Applicability.

The provisions of this Chapter shall not negate any applicable proffered condition, development condition, special permit or special exception condition pertaining to noise or sound. Any condition that refers to the Noise Ordinance shall be deemed to refer to the text of the Noise Ordinance in effect at the time the condition was approved. (29-15-108.1.)
