§ 104-3-6. Term of Review Board.

Notwithstanding any provisions above to the contrary, the Review Board shall be terminated two (2) years from the date of adoption or readoption of this Article ⁶ , unless the Board of Supervisors expressly authorizes its continuation by an appropriate amendment to this Article. One (1) month prior to the termination date hereby established, the Director shall submit a written report to the Board of Supervisors evaluating the effectiveness of the Review Board.
