§ 104-3-1. General.

(a)

Purpose: For the purpose of providing advice to the Director on all matters relating to erosion and sediment control upon the Director's request, and of making recommendations pursuant to the provisions of Section 104-1-6, "Reconsideration," under Article 1 of this Chapter, there is hereby established an Erosion and Sediment Control Review Board, herein referred to as the Review Board.

(b)

Request for Reconsideration: All requests for reconsideration shall be in writing and be made to the Director within ten (10) days of the Director's written decision. Such requests should indicate specifically whether the petitioner wishes the benefit of a review by the Review Board prior to the Director's final decision. (5-82-104.)
