§ 103-6-7. Nitrogen dioxide.

(a)

Primary and secondary ambient air quality standard is one hundred (100) micrograms per cubic meter (0.05 ppm)—annual arithmetic mean.

(b)

Nitrogen dioxide shall be measured by the reference method described in Appendix F of 40 CFR Part 50, or other method designated as such, or by an equivalent method.
