§ 102-2-1. Definitions.

(a)

The following words and phrases, when used in this Chapter, shall, for the purposes of this Chapter, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this Section:

(1)

Director shall mean the Director of Land Development Services, or his duly authorized agent.

(2)

Person shall mean any individual, corporation, cooperative, partnership, firm, association, trust, estate, private institution, group, agency, or any legal successor, representative, agent, or agency thereof. (32-77-102; 87-08-102; 24-17-102.)
