M-2. - Manchester Lakes Community Parking District.

(a)

District Designation.

(1)

The Manchester Lakes Community Parking District is designated as Community Parking District Number 2.

(2)

Blocks included in the Manchester Lakes Community Parking District are described below:

Manchester Lakes Drive (Route 8114):

From Manchester Boulevard (west intersection at Hayfield Road) to Manchester Boulevard (east intersection).

From Manchester Boulevard (east intersection) south to the cul-de-sac, inclusive.

Charles Arrington Drive (Route 8115):

From Manchester Lakes Drive to the western property line of the parcel of land with the street address of 6175 Charles Arrington Drive and that is designated by Fairfax County Tax Map Number 91-1 ((12)) parcel M.

Manchester Park Circle:

From Manchester Lakes Drive to cul-de-sac, inclusive.

(b)

District Provisions.

(1)

This District is established in accordance with and is subject to the provisions set forth in Article 5B of Chapter 82.

(2)

Parking of watercraft; boat trailers; motor homes; camping trailers; any other trailer or semi-trailer, regardless of whether such trailer or semi-trailer is attached to another vehicle; any vehicle with three or more axles; any vehicle that has a gross vehicle weight rating of 12,000 or more pounds except school buses used on a current and regular basis to transport students; any vehicle designed to transport 16 or more passengers including the driver, except school buses used on a current and regular basis to transport students; and any vehicle of any size that is being used in the transportation of hazardous materials as defined in Virginia Code § 46.2-341.4 is prohibited at all times on the above-described streets, both sides, within the Manchester Lakes Community Parking District.

(c)

Signs. Signs delineating the Manchester Lakes Community Parking District shall indicate the following:

NO PARKING
Watercraft
Trailers, Motor Homes
Vehicles ≥ 3 Axles
Vehicles GVW ≥ 12,000 lbs.
Vehicles ≥ 16 Passengers
Except School Buses
Hazmat Vehicles
