M-1. - Beechwood Community Parking District.

(a)

District Designation.

(1)

The Beechwood Community Parking District is designated as Community Parking District Number 1.

(2)

Blocks included in the Beechwood Community Parking District are described below:

Golden Ridge Road (Route 7036):

From Southrun Road to cul-de-sac, inclusive

Silverdale Road (Route 7035):

From Southrun Road to Southrun Road (terminus)

Silverdale Court (Route 7646):

From Silverdale Road to its terminus

Southrun Road (Route 2660):

From the Western Property line of parcel 98-3((5))-A to the Western property line of parcel 98-3((16))-A1.

From the intersection of Southrun Road and Silverbrook Road to west of Rocky Gap Court at the western boundary of parcel 98-3((5))-A (the western boundary of the existing Beechwood CPD).

(b)

District Provisions.

(1)

This District is established in accordance with and is subject to the provisions set forth in Article 5B of Chapter 82.

(2)

Parking of watercraft; boat trailers; motor homes; camping trailers; any other trailer or semi-trailer, regardless of whether such trailer or semi-trailer is attached to another vehicle; any vehicle with three or more axles; any vehicle that has a gross vehicle weight rating of 12,000 or more pounds except school buses used on a current and regular basis to transport students; any vehicle designed to transport 16 or more passengers including the driver, except school buses used on a current and regular basis to transport students; and any vehicle of any size that is being used in the transportation of hazardous materials as defined in Virginia Code § 46.2-341.4 is prohibited at all times on the above-described streets, both sides, within the Beechwood Community Parking District.

(c)

Signs. Signs delineating the Beechwood Community Parking District shall indicate the following:

NO PARKING
Watercraft
Trailers, Motor Homes
Vehicles ≥ 3 Axles
Vehicles GVW ≥ 12,000 lbs.
Vehicles ≥ 16 Passengers
Except School Buses
Hazmat Vehicles
