§ 1. Creation of the Special Service District; name and boundaries.

The Board of Supervisors of Fairfax County, Virginia, ("Board") hereby creates the Fairfax County Special Service District for the Control of Infestations of Insects that may carry a disease that is dangerous to humans, Gypsy Moths, Cankerworms and Certain Identified Pests (hereinafter "Service District"). This Service District shall include the entire area of Fairfax County, Virginia, excluding that area within the Lake Barcroft Watershed Improvement District. (28-03-I.)
